  • Painted the walls a nice bright white
  • Painted the cabinet doors a light dove gray
  • Added glass doors to the 4 main cabinets
  • Updated the countertop with a beautiful marble look quartz
  • Added a white subway tile back-splash
  • Added a large single under-mount stainless steel sink
  • Added a modern sink faucet
  • Added a wine fridge
  • Added 2 pendant lights over bar.
  • Updated the built-in gas cook-top
  • Refinished the hardwood floors

Living Room:

  • Removed the glass panel inserts on the fireplace and painted the trim
  • Straitened and widened the rounded archways between living room and dining room to open up the space

Master Bedroom:

  • Removed carpet and added laminate wood flooring to match the original hardwood
  • Updated lighting

Master Bathroom

  • Painted the cabinets white
  • Added new black & white back-splash to match the existing original tile
  • Updated the faucets
  • Updated the shower and bath fixtures
  • Updated the vanity lights
  • Added new medicine cabinets
  • Removed carpet and added laminate wood flooring to match the original hardwood

Master Closet

  • Removed a wall to create a larger space
  • Added built in shelving for shoes
  • Updated the lighting
  • Removed carpet and added laminate wood flooring to match the original hardwood

Main House:

  • Painted the entire house a neutral white, with a brighter white trim
  • Updated all the lighting
  • Removed the carpets and restored the original hardwood floors
  • Added laminate wood the the stairs and landing

Garage

  • Updated the garage door
